STEP TWO: REGISTER PLAYERS

Players Must Be Registered for the Calendar Year

Players age for the Spring 2025 Season is their age as of 4/30/2025

All players who participate in CCBL must be registered with CCBL. Once a player is registered for a calendar year, he/she is eligible to participate in any CCBL tournament in the Spring or Fall Season of that calendar year. If a player is registered during the Spring Season he/she does not need to register for the Fall Season of that same calendar year. If a player is registered during the Fall Season, this does not wrap around to the next Spring Season - it is for the calendar in which the player is registered. The player will need to register for the new year.

Player Registration = $14 per player per calendar year

STEP THREE: ENTER TOURNAMENTS

Coaches enter tournaments by emailing office@hq4baseball.com with the following information: TEAM NAME, AGE DIVISION, DATES OF THE TOURNAMENTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ENTER. We must receive this information no later than 6:00pm on the Monday evening prior to the tournament if you would like to play.

When entering tournaments, please be sure that you have submitted your roster and that all players are registered with CCBL. (We will notify the coach if any of your players are not yet registered when your first tournament date is approaching.)

Teams may be formed by associations at the different age divisions. Independent teams may also be formed for the different age divisions - players are not required to be associated with a recreational association.

spring 2025 tournament schedule is listed on the homepage

STEP four: pay tournament fee

Schedules will be sent out the Tuesday prior to each tournament, and the tournament fee is due once you receive your schedule. Please note: if you would like to pay your tournament fee early, this is fine.

If we receive a paid tournament fee for a team that has not yet entered the tournament, we will consider that payment as notification that the team would like to enter as long as it is received before the deadline of Monday at 6:00pm.

All CCBL Tournaments conclude with a Champion and a Runner Up for each division. Champions receive trophies and Runner Ups receive medals.

**spectator admission fee**

As With All Tournaments, Spectators Pay Admission to Watch The Games. This goes to the Host to pay for the use of the fields. Currently we allow each team to pay this as a team so that parents, siblings, grand parents, etc. don't have to pay $8 at the Gate to watch the games. This is much cheaper than if spectators pay at the gate. HQ4 pays the host the total of all these fees paid by the teams in one check.

Spectator Admission for Sunday Only is $80 per team

Spectator Admission for TOC May 24th & 25th $160 per team

PLEASE NOTE: TEAMS PAY THIS ONLINE AND THEN HQ4 PAYS THE HOST FOR THE SPECTATOR ADMISSION PAID BY EACH TEAM. THIS ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR THE COACH TO FIND SOMEONE TO PAY AT THE FIELD.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION FOR SUNDAY ONLY TOURNAMENT = $80 PER TEAM
