DownloadYou can now register your players by simply submitting the CCBL Roster filled out correctly. If your team already has Team Insurance just add CCBL/HQ4 as Additional Insured and email us a copy.
Players age for the Spring 2026 Season is their age as of 4/30/2026
If your team already has Insurance and you have added CCBL/HQ4 as an Additional Insured and emailed a copy of the policy to us, you are done. Just remember to send us an updated Roster if you add a new player.
If you team does not have Insurance, you pay the $100 Team Insurance Fee to be covered in our tournaments,
Coaches enter tournaments by emailing office@hq4baseball.com with the following information: TEAM NAME, AGE DIVISION, DATES OF THE TOURNAMENTS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ENTER. We must receive this information no later than 6:00pm on the Tuesday evening prior to the tournament if you would like to play.
When entering tournaments, please be sure that you have submitted an updated copy your roster and proof of Team Insurance.
Teams may be formed by associations at the different age divisions. Independent teams may also be formed for the different age divisions - players are not required to be associated with a recreational association.
Schedules will be sent out the Wednesday prior to each tournament, and the tournament fee is due once you receive your schedule. Please note: if you would like to pay your tournament fee early, this is fine.
If we receive a paid tournament fee for a team that has not yet entered the tournament, we will consider that payment as notification that the team would like to enter as long as it is received before the deadline of Tuesday at 6:00pm.
All CCBL Tournaments conclude with a Champion and a Runner Up for each division. Champions receive trophies and Runner Ups receive medals.

As With All Tournaments, Spectators Pay Admission to Watch The Games. This goes to the Host to pay for the use of the fields. Currently we allow each team to pay this as a team so that parents, siblings, grand parents, etc. don't have to pay $8 at the Gate to watch the games. This is much cheaper than if spectators pay at the gate. HQ4 pays the host the total of all these fees paid by the teams in one check.

PLEASE NOTE: TEAMS PAY THIS ONLINE AND THEN HQ4 PAYS THE HOST FOR THE SPECTATOR ADMISSION PAID BY EACH TEAM. THIS ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR THE COACH TO FIND SOMEONE TO PAY AT THE FIELD.
